Processing And Shipping Time Estimates
In stock items are processed within 3-5 business days. Made to order item processing times vary but I endeavour to ship within 7 business days of an order being placed. I ship from my studio in Perth, West Australia so please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery. At busy times, processing and shipping times will increase so please be aware of this and allow plenty of time for your order to reach you. 

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
Standard tracked shipping is priced by weight of parcel within Australia. Express shipping can be purchased at checkout if required.

In-store Pickup
You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at my studio in Whiteman Park, Perth. Place your order and once it is completed, I will contact you with instructions for collection.
Our in-store pickup hours are by prior arrangement. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.

Visit The Studio
It is possible to visit me at my studio to order in person. Please contact me to arrange an appointment on 0415 049 330 or send a message via my Contact Page.

International Shipping
I offer International Shipping to the following countries:

New Zealand.

Standard tracked shipping cost to New Zealand  is priced by weight of parcel. Express shipping can be purchased at checkout if required.

How do I check the status of my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 28 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact me at jennie@thefuzzyflowerbar.com with your name and order number, and I will look into it for you.

I do not ship to PO Boxes.
